Dine-in
1. Dine-in mobile ordering is subject to availability in participating restaurants only.
2. There are two (2) ways for Dine-in mobile ordering:

enjoy the benefits of collecting Chillies, earn and/or redeem Rewards. Chillies are automatically
credited if your Dine-in transaction meets the minimum spend requirement of RM30 to collect a
Chilli.
b) Order as Guest:
If you do not wish to sign-up/log-in as a member, you will still be able to order as a guest.
3. There are two (2) payment methods available on the mobile ordering platform:
a) Pay at Cashier: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Master), E-Wallet (Boost, Touch & Go, GrabPay)
b) Pay Online (ipay88): Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Master), E-Wallet (Boost, Touch & Go, GrabPay),
Online Banking.
4. For the ‘Pay Online’ option, you are required to key in your email address & phone number. This
information is required by ipay88 for user authentication & e-receipt purposes.
5. Prices displayed are inclusive of 6% Service Tax (SST).
6. All online payments are subject to the Rounding Mechanism implemented by Bank Negara
Malaysia.
7. Please ensure that your order is correct before payment.
8. Orders will only be prepared once payment is successful & order has been confirmed.
9. For the usage of vouchers, you are required to go to the cashier to perform the transaction.
Change will not be returned if value of order is lesser than voucher used.
10. Coupons and promotional voucher usage is subject to the terms and conditions contained in
the relevant coupon/voucher.
11. Children below 18 years of age are not permitted to perform mobile ordering unless
accompanied by parent or guardian.
Takeaway
1. Takeaway mobile ordering is subject to availability in participating restaurants only.
2. There are two (2) ways for Takeaway mobile ordering:
When you login as a Nando’s Loyalty Programme member to place your order, you will be able to
enjoy the benefits of collecting Chillies, earn and/or redeem Rewards. Chillies are automatically
credited if your Dine-in transaction meets the minimum spend requirement of RM30 to collect a
Chilli.
b) Order as Guest:
If you do not wish to sign-up/log-in as a member, you will still be able to order as a guest.
3. You are required to select your pick-up restaurant & time. Upon successful order, you must pick
up the takeaway order at the selected restaurant at the selected pick up time.
4. For takeaway, only online payment via ipay88 is accepted: Your pay online (ipay88) options are
Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Master), E-Wallet (Boost, Touch & Go, Grabpay) or Online Banking.

Refund Policy
1. If item ordered is not available, a replacement item of equivalent value will be offered to you.
2. In the event if the replacement of item is rejected or cancelation of order/product is agreed
upon, refund will be processed according to your payment methods:
The refund will be made according to the payment method selected by you; i.e.
- If you paid by Credit Card, the refund will be automatically made to the Credit Card
