It is respectfully submitted that:

1. The case is pending adjudication before this Honorable Court.

2. The Applicant wishes to place additional documents on file which were not in her
possession earlier. The documents contain the Telecommunication Policy, 2015, news
articles relating to the subject matter of the instant Petition, transparency report
published by Twitter, the response by the Respondent No. 1, Ministry of Information
Technology to the report published by International Chamber of Commerce and the
draft of ​
Prevention of Electronic Crimes Bill, 2015.
3. The said documents are crucial to the Petitioner's case and the Petitioner would suffer an
irreparable loss if the same are not admitted.

PRAYER

In light of the above, it is most humbly prayed that Leave may be granted by this Honorable
Court to admit the additional documents to the Petition.
