Program Overview:
Water and Sustainable Horticulture (WSH) offers a unique blend of theoretical expertise and hands-on practical
experience. Our primary aim is to equip students with the essential skills to:
Enhance ecosystem functions within horticultural systems.
Employ advanced irrigation and soil techniques to optimize horticultural production.
Promote sustainable horticulture by minimizing water usage.
Foster the adoption of innovative solutions for sustainable horticulture practices.
Admission Eligibility:
Prospective candidates should hold a bachelor's, master's, engineering degree, or an equivalent qualification in fields
such as agriculture, agronomy, economics, zootechnics, sociology, rural geography, and related disciplines.
Application Requirements:
To apply, please submit the following documents:
University degrees, certificates, and academic transcripts;
Curriculum vitae (CV);
Cover letter and,
Proof of B2-level English proficiency for French-speaking applicants.
Sub-Saharan candidates' applications will be reviewed by AMCI.
Selection Process:
Preselection results will be announced on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, both on the registration platform and
through email notifications to shortlisted candidates.
Successful candidates will be invited for interviews scheduled for September 25, 2023, with results published on our
website and at the Horticultural Complex no later than September 27, 2023.
