Essential A. Educational Qualification:
Qualification
Masters Degree in Geology or Applied Geology from a Recognised University or
Institution.

B. Experience:

Two years experience in carrying out geological appraisals for minerals or ore
deposits or research or teaching experience in the field of Geology or Applied
Geology in a Recognised Institution.
Modalities adopted for scrutiny of the details of Essential Qualification for
Modalities calling the candidates for interview for the instant recruitment case is in
consonance with the Recruitment Rules and Essential Qualification as
mentioned in the Advertisement for the post.

(i) Matriculation/Higher Secondary Certificate/Mark Sheet showing the date of


birth.
(ii) Caste Certificate in Prescribed Format/EWS Certificate in prescribed
format. OBC certificate should not be more than three years old. OBC
certificate issued prior to 01.04.2020 has not been accepted. EWS
certificate in prescribed format (for EWS candidates) valid for the
Financial Year 2022-23 has been accepted.
(iii) Degree Certificates (Provisional Certificates should be accompanied by
Mark Sheets of all the academic years/final year) as per the Essential
Qualification mentioned in Advt. No. 11/2022, Vacancy No. 22061102211
i.e. Masters Degree in Geology or Applied Geology from a Recognized
University or Institution have been considered relevant as per Essential
Qualifications (EQ-A) for the said post. Master Degree in Petroleum
Geosciences has not been considered relevant as per RR.

(iv) Experience Certificate for two years experience in carrying out geological
appraisals for minerals or ore deposits or research or teaching experience
in the field of Geology or Applied Geology in a Recognized Institution.
(vi) An Affidavit regarding difference or spelling in name/father’s name in
documents/certificates and ORA.
