ARTICLE 2: PACKING
PVC, Carton, steel box and others to protect parts and easy to be picked out for installation.

ARTICLE 3: Delivery TIME:

within 45 days after the seller receives the 30% of total price as down payment and receives the t
otal amount, 1 set of PCX-9 16 cars rotary parking Systems will be shipped.

ARTICLE 4: WARRANTY TIME

The Seller warrants under the terms and technical conditions herein provided that the Equipment
shipped to the Buyer are free from any defect in material or workmanship.
The Seller warranty is 24 months from the date of commissioning at the Project site against factory
defects, no more than 30 months after FOB.
In the event of the Equipment break off or any defects will discover the Buyer shall send written notice
to the Seller in time.
Discovered Equipment break off or any defects, or any wrong material, or component due to quality
reason should be replaced by the Seller within 30 (thirty) calendar days after written notice receiving from
the Buyer. The transportation charge of the material or component should be borne by the Seller.

ARTICLE 5: TECHNICAL SUPPORT

-The Seller should provide technical support to the Buyer, including design of construction drawings,
Installation drawing，Operation and Maintenance Manual, and instant remote diagnosis of mistakes
and consultation.

ARTICLE 7 TERMS OF PAYMENT

A The Buyer should pay of 30% total amount by T/T as advance payment within 7 days after con
tract is signed.
B. According the buyer notice shipment the cargo tog ether, 7 days before shipment, the Buyer sho
uld pay 70% balance of corresponding goods amount by T/T to the Seller.
