1、foreword
The purpose of this installation manual is to guide the installation of the vertical
circulation three-dimensional garage, including the hoisting operation when the equipment
is unloaded, the hoisting operation when the equipment is assembled, the hoisting operation
when the equipment is installed, and the electrical construction and debugging in the later
stage. Every person responsible for installation and maintenance should read, understand
and use this installation manual carefully.

2.1.3. Basic acceptance stage

(1) Basic technical requirements
①The surface of the embedded bolts of the same benchmark should be on the same plane,
the height error should not exceed ±10mm, and the mutual positional dimensional error
should be less than 3mm. The bolts should be exposed to the ground and should be packaged
without damage.
②Check that the diagonal length error of each foot is less than 5mm.

③When the ground concrete is poured, ensure that the level error is ±5mm (the length
is within 8000mm).
④The horizontal error of the adjusting nut of the anchor bolt should be less than 3mm.
⑤ Only after the above conditions are checked and qualified, the next step of
construction can be carried out.

2.3. On-site construction stage
installation steps Schematic

1. The equipment is on site,
and the truck is hoisted and unloaded
After the equipment arrives at the
site, the hoisting and unloading area
will pull up the warning belt, and a
special person will be responsible
for the hoisting operation..

Matters needing attention: a.

Reasonably use the sling to fix the
position to ensure that the frame is
lifted horizontally; b. When lifting,
try lifting to see if the hook is in the
center position.
2. Assemble the rear frame of

the equipment
After hoisting, the lower part
of the frame is placed on the
assembling platform to level and
stabilize; after hoisting again, the
upper part of the main frame is
docked with the lower part, and the
connecting screws and pin screws of
the main frame are installed and
tightened.The position of the
triangle plate where the large
chain is disconnected is butted

to form a closure.
Matters needing attention: a. The

main frame of the lower section
must be placed stably and firmly; b.
When the main frame of the upper
section is hoisted, it is leveled and
then lifted, so that it is easy to
connect to the main frame of the
lower section; c. After the upper and
lower main frames are connected to
the fastening screws, the overall
level is adjusted.

3. Install and fix the left and

right uprights of the rear frame
Hang the column and the rear
frame on the same plane, install the
left and right columns in sequence,
pre-tighten the bolts at both ends,
and then pre-tighten the middle bolt
to ensure their position and
verticality, and then tighten them
evenly in sequence. Require.

See the picture to distinguish the left
and right columns; b. Adjust the
flatness before the column is lifted;
c. The screws must be fastened in
place at the connection with the
main frame.


4. After installing the large

chain of the frame
Remove the pin nut where the
triangular plate is installed, apply
grease appropriately, place the
triangular plate on the two chain
pins, properly tap and install it in
place, tighten the nut, and install the
split pin as required. The installation
position of the triangular plate is
located under the chain plate, After
the other triangular plates are
installed in place, properly use
external force (reverse chain) to
rotate the large chain, and after
installing all the triangular plates,
adjust the top semicircular guide rail
and tighten the screws.
Matters needing attention: a. Pay
attention to protecting the paint film
when the triangular plate is placed
on the frame; b. Install the split pin
after the pin shaft screw is fastened
in place; c. The triangular plate with
the reset bracket is the front frame.

5. After installation, frame

guide bracket and guide groove
Install the guide bracket first
according to the drawing, and adjust
the installation surface of the guide
groove to a height; install the guide
groove according to the
drawing,Adjust the guide rail
bracket and guide rail
according to the size
requirements of the drawings,
and tighten all the bolts after
meeting the size requirements.


Pay attention to the use of gaskets
when installing the guide bracket
and guide groove; b. Clean up the
steel sand leaked from the guide
bracket in time.

6. Assemble the front frame of

the equipment
Before hoisting, place the lower
part of the frame on the assembling
platform, level and stabilize; before
hoisting again, the upper part of the
frame is docked with the lower part,
and the connecting screws and pin
screws of the main frame are
installed and tightened.The
position of the triangle plate
where the large chain is

7. Install and fix the left and

evenly in sequence. Require.

8. Install the front frame large chain
Remove the pin nut where the
triangular plate is installed, apply grease
appropriately, place the triangular plate on
the two chain pins, properly tap and
install it in place, tighten the nut, and
install the split pin as required. The
installation position of the triangular plate
is located under the chain plate, After the
other triangular plates are installed in
place, use the temporary power supply to
open the motor brake, and use external
force (reverse chain) to rotate the large
chain properly. After installing all the
triangular plates, adjust the top
semicircular guide rail and tighten the
screws.


Pay attention to protecting the paint

fastened in place; c. The triangular
plate with the reset bracket is the
front frame. (same as above)
9,Hoisting front combined

frame and rear combined frame
After reviewing the level
of the adjustment nut of the
foundation, first hoist the
rear frame, maximize the
movement of the column and the
anchor bolts, tighten the
bolts, and then hoist the front
frame to ensure the size between
the front and rear frames (the
column to column is 6050mm,
vertical The distance between
the guide rails is 6040mm).


Fix the wire rope to the central
hoisting position of the frame; b.
Select a crane with a suitable
tonnage for hoisting operations; c.
Before hoisting, fix the safety drop
arrester on the frame.
10. Adjust the size of the front and

rear frame according to the
requirements of the drawings. (This
picture is switched according to the
actual situation of the project)

11. From bottom to top, install the

center beam welding and diagonal
bracing in sequence. Use a
theodolite to measure and correct the
verticality of the front and rear
frames to ensure that the verticality
is less than or equal to 2/1000mm,
and the allowable error of the
parallelism of the front and rear
frames is less than or equal to 5mm.
Tighten the connecting bolts.


12. Install the main drive shaft

and pre-tighten the bearing
seat fixing bolts.

13. Install the front and rear motor

drive chains and universal couplings.
Connect the temporary electrical

14. Hang the car board and the car

board to the appropriate installation
position

15. Start to install the car board

equipment to the parking space
with the electric power supply,
and fix the chain in the middle
of the main drive shaft.

Matters needing attention: a. Pay

attention to the direction of the oil
nozzle of the bearing seat when
installing the upper hanger; b. Pay
attention to distinguish the front and
rear of the hanger on the car board;
c. Use screws according to the
requirements of the drawing; d.
Install the cover plates on both ends.
16. Start to install the car panel
connecting beam
After the upper hanger is installed in
place, use the temporary power to
run the equipment, and when the
upper hanger runs to the top of the
car board, start to install the car
board connecting beam.
Matters needing attention: a. Two of

the four screws at the connection
between the car board connecting
beam and the upper hanger use pin
screws (diagonal use).

17. Start to install the car board. Fix

the inverted chain at both ends of the
car board hanger, and pull up the car
board to the connection with the
connecting beam at the same time.
Matters needing attention: a. Ensure

the front and rear synchronization
and left-right balance of the car plate
during the lifting process of the car
plate; b. After the car plate is
installed, the splicing seam is glued,
and the glue effect is beautiful and
neat.
18. Start to install the car board
guide frame, the car blocking rod
and the buffer rod. Install the car
board guide frame, the car blocking
rod and the buffer rod according to
the picture.

Matters needing attention: a. There

are three screws on each side of the
car board guide frame, the middle
one is a full-threaded screw, and
both ends are pin screws; b. Pay
attention to the front and back of the
car board guide frame; c. Pay
attention to the installation of the car
blocking rod and buffer rod Screw

19. Start installing the equipment

21. Pouring column footing

22. Install the electrical system
The electrical part is constructed
according to the drawing, laying
cables, fixing the mounting brackets
of electrical parts, wiring of
electrical parts, wiring of
distribution boxes, etc.

23. Operation and debugging of the

whole machine
After the equipment meets the
operating conditions, firstly increase

equipment is fully loaded and the
operation is normal.
