No. 12(3)/Fin (Works-II)/2017 dated 22.02.2023, the Competent Authority has accorded approval for mapping of IFA with CEA/ CFA of MES establishment as per the details given below: (i) Mapping of IFA with GEs/ AGEs(I): The Sr. AO/ AO/ AAO associated with GEs/ & AGEs (I), who have been discharging duties as AO GEs/ AAO Gi Rs for MES, are mapped as IFA (Works) to respective GEs/ AGEs(I) for rendering financial concurrence. (ii) Mapping of IFA with CEs/ CWEs: The officers of the level of JAG/ STS/ JTS are mapped as IFA (Works) to CE & CWE at those stations where IFA offices are closely located with the Chief Engineer and Commander Work Engineer of MES organization. At Stations where JAG/ STS/ JTS level officers are not closely located with CE & CWE, the Sr. AO/ AO/ AAO associated with CE, CWE, GE & AGE (1) who have been discharging the duties as AO GEs/ AAO GEs are mapped as IFA(Works) to respective CE, CWE, GE & AGE() for rendering financial concurrence. (iii) ‘The existing arrangement of IFA system for CE/ CWE/ GE associated with DGNP at Mumbai and Vishakhapatnam shall continue with FA to DGNP. 2. ‘The annexure ‘A’, containing information with regard to mapping of IFA with CE/CWE of MES is available on CGDA WAN (cgdacirculardad) and may please be downloaded for information and necessary action please. 3.
