PRODUCT OVERVIEW
FLOWMIX® 3000V, air-entraining high-range water-reducing, liquid admixture is based on polycarboxylate technology
By relatively low dosage applications compared to normal PCE products, FLOWMIX® 3000V brings high water reducing
and long slump retention to the concrete where W/C ratio is very low. It also significantly reduces concrete viscosity
while retaining flowability for a long period of time.

APPLICATIONS
 Producing very high quality concrete (High strength and high liquidity concrete)

 Lower heat or Mass concrete (Dam, caisson, liquefied natural gas tank)

 Producing self-consolidating concrete or LHC (Low heat concrete)

 Applications requiring workability retention (long distance placing)

GUIDELINES FOR USE

 Recommended dosage rate for FLOWMIX® 3000V is 0.5 ~ 2.0% of cementitious materials (With using average

concrete ingredients).

 Because of variations in job conditions and concrete materials, mixing trials are recommended to find an ideal

dosage for each case.

200 LITERS DRUM, 1,000 LITERS IBC Tank and by BULK DELIVERY

PRODUCT NOTES
 Excessive use: segregations or set retardation may occur.

 Frozen: When FLOWMIX® 3000V is frozen, check its performance before use.

 Compatibility: When FLOWMIX® 3000V is used in conjunction with other admixtures, its proper performance may
 not be secured.

 Others: Please contact one of our sales representatives for any other product defects.

 Specific Gravity: 1.05 ± 0.05 at 20℃

 pH: 5.0 ± 1.5

 Alkali Contents (%): Less than 0.1

 Chloride Contents (%): Less than 0.1

STORAGE
FLOWMIX® 3000V should be stored above freezing temperatures in a sealed container. Please check the performance of

FLOWMIX® 3000V before use when the product stored more than 6 months.

FLOWMIX® 3000V contains no hazardous materials and is completely transport class free. However, it is recommended

to use standard handling procedures with the product. Wear gloves and eye protection and wash splashes to the skin

with soap and water at the end of shifts or at breaks. For further information consult the Material Safety Data Sheet for
