Case scenario: Organ donation and transplantation

An ethical analysis would involve exploring issues such as organ scarcity, the criteria
for determining who gets priority on the transplant list, and the concept of presumed
consent. Ethical dilemmas arise around the question of using living donors, the sale of
organs, and the ethical implications of deciding who should receive an organ.

 First what is Organ donation and transplantation

Organ donation: When a person donates organ(s) to a person in need of that organ.
Organ transplant: When a surgeon replaces the dying organ of a patient with a
donated organ

 there are bad side and up side on it. Like pros and cons. an opportunity to
someone who had to sacrifice a family member, as well as one who was given a
second change at life through organ donation. Today the transplantation of many
organs between well-matched human beings is quite successful, with the
majority of recipients living five or more years

 People are afraid of letting their loved ones go

Some people claim to have heightened abilities due to attached limbs or muscle
memory of the deceased person who donated.
Depression.
Infections that may develop in transplant

 The obvious is the fact that you’re saving lives

Families who have received news of the individuals saved by the sacrifice of their
deceased loved ones have described it as reassuring.
This one many don’t like hearing as often, but a grave takes a lot of room on
earth.

“But in this case In the end, it’s up to a person and their family to decide what
happens after they die. I myself am a student Nurse still learning until I became RN
soon. But I understand why others might prefer not to.” For everyone it is hard to see
some of their loved ones to let go, but to the person they save acknowledge the fact
that you save them, Since many people can benefit greatly from organ and tissue
transplants, the demand usually exceeds the supply, with Free and informed consent,
Respecting the dignity, integrity and equality of human beings, fairness, and the
common good. It is really came down to the ones to want it or not we must respect
what decision they make.
