Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to the new activation of mobile connections, please note that we have not yet
received GST registration number, due to which we are unable to share GST details.
We understand and agree that in absence of GST registration number, we will not be able to claim
input tax credit of the GST charged by Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited on the services received by us.
