Good day!

Please accept this letter of notification of my intent to retire from DepEd Division of Panabo City and in particular from Dinadiawan National
High School I had served the school from November 15, 1994 with twenty-seven (27) years in the government service. I have genuinely enjoyed
the time I had spent at this school but this year I have realized that I am planning to end my teaching career effective September 30, 2024 due
to health reasons considering that I am already sixty-two (62) years old

I will always consider myself as a part of DepEd and sincerely appreciate that this working environment has given me a lot of opportunities and
memorable teaching experiences worth living to ponder until the end of my life
