Subject: DEMAND LETTER

Dear Mr. Magnus,

This letter is sent upon authority of our client Ms. KARINA SOLEDAD, the owner of the
apartment building located at 745 San Idelfonso Street, Manila, Philippines that you are
currently occupying. You have been ignoring your prior agreement with our client to pay the
arrears or unpaid rentals due for the months of November 2019 until present which have
caused irreparable injury to our client.

Our client do understand the current situation that the rest of the world is experiencing,
however you have violated the lease agreement that you signed on November 3, 2018 in
which states that you will pay the rent during the first ten (10) days of each month. As of the
date of this letter you owe already Php100,000.00 or 10 months worth of rent.

I hereby request you to pay the above-mentioned amount within 10 calendar days from
receipt of this letter or vacate the premises. If you fail to do this, I will be compelled to file
the necessary legal action against you. I would appreciate for your cooperation in this matter.
