My Bio-Cultural Self

My "bio-cultural self" is like a wonderful blend of what I've inherited from

my family and the vibrant experiences and traditions of my village. The
stories from my grandmother, music from my dad, and cooking skills from
my mom are part of who I am.

Living by the beach, I've become a skilled swimmer and surfer, and our
fiestas are a time of joy and togetherness. We believe in helping one
another, and our traditional clothing and respect for our elders are essential
to our identity. The adventures in our lush forests are filled with exciting
hikes and discoveries.

So, my "bio-cultural self" is a colorful mix of family heritage and the rich
experiences of our seaside village, where traditions, community, and nature
all play a significant role in shaping who I am.
