• Document to be obtained from the Commercial Registry
Offices proving that there is no commercial company
with the same or a similar name to the one you
wish to register;

place of business are visited by the competent
authority (tourism, industry, agriculture, health,
commerce or technology) and other complementary
bodies (Civil Protection and Fire Service, Provincial
Health Directorate, Provincial Government for
Advertising).
