° remotasks Announcing Remotasks Tiers! Hello Tasker! We are excited to announce the next step for the ModTA program. ModTA will be evolving into a new program called Remotasks Tiers. This new program will have many new features and benefits for you. Some of the benefits include: + Access to weekly bonus + Faster customer support + Faster review times + Better work availability This new program will include a brand new UI where you will be able to track weekly progress and this will improve your tasking experience. What is happening to the ModTA program? ModTA program will be evolving into the Remotasks Tier program.This program will introduce new benefits and new requirements to join and to stay in the program. What will happen to my ModTA email? As part of this evolution your ModTA email will be changing to a new email address.This new email will be the same as your current modTA email but replacing ‘modta’ with ‘remo’ Example: 2dmodta1234@remotasks.com > 2dremo1234@remotasks.com You will need to use your new email address to login to your account starting March 13th, 2023. Will there be any changes to my earnings? Base earnings will be calculated the same way and no changes will be made to that. Additionally to base earnings the priority in review times will help taskers to get pay faster and Elite taskers will have access ‘to weekly incentives What will happen to the quota/target incentives? ‘Anew incentive structure will be introduced and you will be able to earn more than previously with your quota bonus. The new incentives structure will depend on the XP that you earn during the week and you will have different bonus milestones during the week. Access to weekly bonus will be only for Elite Tier taskers and will require taskers to have an average accuracy of 90% or more.remotasks What is the Remotasks Tiers program? Remotasks Tiers is a new program built to reward and recognize our top taskers on the platform! Taskers in the Remotasks Tiers program will receive various additional benefits. What are the benefits? Remotasks Tiers is divided into two different tiers, Preferred Tier & Elite Tier. Each tier will provide different benefits. The initial benefits we're offering are focused around work availability. We understand that work availability may be inconsistent, and we want to address that with our top taskers. We also have some additional benefits to provide support for empty queues and improve the time that it tasks for you to get paid. Preferred Tier is the entry level tier to the program, you will start to receive some benefits that will improve your work availability so you will be able to task more consistently and get a more consistent pay. Elite Tier is considered for the top taskers in the platform and besides the benefits that you will receive from the program an additional benefit is that Elite taskers will be taken into account first for the top projects or testing new features in the platform. To join each one of the Remotasks Tiers tiers you will need to earn a certain amount of XP Remopoints and Accuracy Remopoints in a period of time to qualify. How does XP work? The first new concept we want to introduce to you is “Experience Points” (XP). XP is meant to represent ‘the amount of work that you've done on our platform. Every time you complete a task, you'll receive XP according to the effort and accuracy of the task. XP Remopoint: + Each week you will have an XP goal and if you meet it you will be able to earn XP Remopoints. + Standard taskers will be able to earn 1 XP Remopoint when they reach 3,500 XP in one week. Progress Tracker < Gbece-tecte > Preferred & Elite taskers will earn 1 XP Remopoint when they reach 3,500 XP in one week, in addition to an extra 3 XP Remopoints when they reach 10,000 XP in that same week. To review your progress you can go to the Remotasks Tiers tab. Ifyou still have reserved tasks left and receive an empty queue, the Remotasks Tiers Support team will be notified immediately and try to find you new work. Elite taskers will be assigned new work within 24 hours. How does Support prioritization work? Allof your questions will be added at the beginning of the support team queue so they will be answered faster. How does the faster reviews work?
