“A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, MARAWI CITY BRANCH AS THE
OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY BANK OF BARANGAY KALILANGAN AND AUTHORIZING TWO
SIGNATORIES TO SIGNATORIES TO SIGN FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE BARANGAY”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Barangay KALILANGAN, Municipality of Masiu, Lanao del
Sur, has designated LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, Marawi City Branch, as its official
depository bank;

WHEREAS, it is necessary that two officials from the Barangay Council will be designated as
authorized signatories to sign in behalf of the Barangay;

WHEREAS, on the motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. ARAPIA M. BOCO and duly
seconded by Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. HAFIDA D. PANIMBANG, it was;

RESOLVED that LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, Marawi City Branch, will be the official
depository bank of this Barangay and;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Punong Barangay HON. PRINCESS SONDOSIE M. BANGCOLA and
Barangay Treasurer ASNIA R. MANGONDATO be designated as official signatories to transact
official business for and on behalf of the Barangay.

BARANGAY TREASURER OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF BARANGAY KALILANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF
MASIU, LANAO DEL SUR”

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is the Appointment of an eligible and qualified Barangay
Secretary based on the provision of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government
Code of 1991.

WHEREAS, on motion od Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. BADRON M. MACARAIRING duly

seconded by Sangguniang barangay Member HON. MALAONA S.H. UNOS, it was,

RESOLVED, as it is HEREBY RESOLVED, that the appointment of ASNIA R. MANGONDATO as the

BARANGAY TREASURER of Barangay KALILANGAN is hereby concurred and affirmed by the members of
the Sangguniang Barangay.

You are entitled to a reasonable allowance to be determined by the Sangguniang
