The vibration damper has been designed
to provide the best possible protection
from aeolian vibration for conductors and

Technical features:

energy to prevent fatigue damage to the
strands of the conductors;

The vibration damper is to provide the best possi-
ble protection from aeolian vibration for conduc-
tors and earth wires (including OPGW). It is used
for electric power transmission and distribution.

Spiral Vibration Damper

Spiral Vibration dampers are designed to
control vibration on ADSS or small diam-
eter conductors (including OPGW).
Technical features:
1. Vibration dampers do not dissipate
energy, but control vibration to disrupt
vibration build up, by impacting on the
cable or the conductor;
2. Preformed design can hold the cable
tightly without affecting the attenuation
of the fibers in the cable.
Product advantages:
1. For ADSS used in the transmission lines with voltage higher than 110kV, we can provide
anti-E corrosion type;
2. Using a high impact strength, UV resistant plastic. They are suitable for use in all envi-
ronments, and may be used for conductor temperatures up to 75℃;

and lightning conductors, which
bear the same electric load
as conductors. Additionally,
splicing fittings are generally
divided into compression
type and preformed type.
LINE SYSTEM SPLICING FITTINGS
Products
Mid-span Joint Sleeve
The splicing fitting is to join kinds of bare conduc-

tors and ground wires. It bears the same electric
load as conductors. Mid-span Joint Sleeve bears
all the tension of conductors and ground wires.
According to the tensile condition, splicing fittings
include the force-bearing type and non-force-
bearing type. Splicing fittings include compression
type and preformed type. And the compression
type includes hydraulic compression, explosive
compression, and compression with pliers.
Technical features:
1. There should be a good contact surface between the splicing fitting and the conduc-
tor wire or ground wires;
2. The splicing fitting should not reduce the conductivity of the wire;
3. The resistance between the compression type splicing fittings and the two ends of
the wire connection should not be greater than the resistance of the same length
wire, and for the non-compression type splicing fittings, it should not be greater than
1.1 times the resistance of the same length wire.

connection of small and medium section cables.

Technical features:

higher than the operating over-voltage of the system.

over-voltage, operating over-voltage, and pow-
er frequency transient over-voltage impact.
Technical features:
High Voltage Line With Gap Arrester is mainly composed of insulating housing (compos-
ite or ceramic material), resistor, end accessories, and composite insulator gap.
Product advantages:
1. The resistors are manufactured with high-quality raw materials and strict process-
es. The comprehensive performance of the resistors has reached China’s advanced
level. Especially the current capacity, high current impact and residual voltage ratio
performance have reached China’s leading level.
2. The use of duration encapsulating materials or epoxy composite casing fundamen-
tally solves the problem of product failure caused by moisture intrusion. Even in a
high temperature environment with a humidity of more than 90%, there will not be
any failures.
3. Silicone rubber material is highly hydrophobic, it can prevent rainwater from form-
ing continuous channels and prevent any pollutants from accumulating during use.
Make the product corrosion resistant and cut off the leakage current path. Moreover,
the flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties of the material can realize the
product cleaning-free function.

Invar Conductor made is a kind of special overhead conductor stranded with high-
strength aluminum-clad invar core and super thermal resistant aluminum alloy wire. It
takes advantage of the low linear expansion coefficient of invar material to make “low
sag” and uses a thermal resistant aluminum alloy to have “ large-capacity”, making full
use of original transmission line and tower resources and saving space. It has the feature
