AUTHORIZATION LETTER

This is to authorize SHERMELA ESTIPONA, my daughter, to receive, pick up

and sign all required dealer’s documents on my behalf for the release of one (1)
unit of Toyota Raize 2023. I hereby authorize her to do and perform for my behalf
acts related to the above powers.

I am also attaching herewith my government issued IDs.
