TERMS OF TRADE

• All parts suppled remain the property of Alpine Air Hawke’s Bay Ltd until paid for in full.

• Payment is due 14 days from date of invoice.

• Any overdue invoices attract a monthly 5% use of money interest on the balance.

• Overdue accounts may attract a $25 administration fee each month.

• Vehicle and contents are driven/stored at owner’s risk.

• This agreement shall be in force at all times that your account is active/in use, with the above
named business.

• Receipt of any cheques or other Bill of Exchange or any Promissory Note will not be deemed to be
payment until it is honoured or cleared by the Bank.

• Alpine Air Hawke’s Bay reserves to right to charge any legal fees, debt collection fees, costs and
disbursements incurred in recovering outstanding monies and to charge interest at the current
rate on any overdue accounts as specified above
