10 Is reinforcement steel safely placed along with all
binding/welding and fixtures?
11 Whether all shuttering are fixed as per design and fixtures
with proper access?
12 Whether all traffic signs & precaution boards are placed as
per requirement?
13 Before Start the activity, whether the area is cleaned up
to the desired extant?
