let’s cook our

delicius thimpu de trucha.


First: we put 2 liters of water in a large pot once it
boils. reserve. In another pot we make a dressing
with a little vegetable oil and put the chopped garlic
and the chopped red onion, then the cumin, the
sweet pepper, the turmeric or the toothpick and
the yellow chili paste.

2: And then we add the herbs and salt, let it cook,


add the boiled water, let it start to boil. In other
pots we put the yellow potatoes to boil. We do the
same with the maraya. We soak the Maraya and
the black chuño for 2 hours beforehand and peel it.

3: After the maraya is brought to a boil, we boil it


with little water. Then we lower the heat to half
and put the trout to cook over low heat for 10 to 15
minutes and then it is ready to serve very hot, bon
appetit .
