1 Overview
This source category provides a ‘catch all’ for emission from other mineral products. All emissions
that cannot be placed under a specific source category can be put in this chapter.

The contribution of this source category is thought to be insignificant, i.e. less than 1 % of the
national emissions of any pollutant. Therefore, no further information regarding emissions is
provided in this chapter.

If emissions are reported under this source category, the best way forward would be to search for
literature concerning these specific sources. If no information can be obtained from literature,
another way to estimate the emissions can be ‘expert judgement’. These issues are described in
the general guidance chapter on uncertainties in Part A of the Guidebook.
