This notification is consistent with the provisions of PR NOTICE 98-10 and EPA Regulations at 40 CFR 152.46, and no other
changes have been made to the labeling or the confidential statement of formula of this product. I understand that it is a
violation of 18 USC Sec. 1001 to willfully make false statements to EPA. I further understand that if this notification is not
consistent with the terms of PR NOTICE 98-10 and 40 CFR 152.46, this product may be in violation of FIFRA and I may be
subject to enforcement action and penalties under sections 12 and 14 of FIFRA.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:
HAZARDS TO HUMANS & DOMESTIC ANIMALS
CAUTION: Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Harmful if inhaled. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid
contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing dust.

FIRST AID
Have label with you when obtaining treatment advice.
Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.
If swallowed: Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.
Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or
doctor.
Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Take off contaminated clothing.
If on skin or clothing: Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.
Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
Move person to fresh air.
If inhaled: If person is not breathing, call 91 1 or an ambulance, then give artificial
respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible.
Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 1 5-20 minutes.
If in eyes: Remove contact lenses, if present, after first five minutes, then continue
rinsing eye.
Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN
If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor or going for treatment.
You may also contact the National Pesticides Information Center at 1-800-858-7378, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific
Time (PT), seven days a week for emergency medical treatment information. During other times, call the poison
control center at 1-800-222-1222.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:
This product is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas
below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposing of equipment
washwaters or rinsate.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

IMPORTANT: Keep out of reach of children. Do not place in areas accessible to children.

SNAKES:
USE RESTRICTIONS: FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. APPLY ONLY AS DIRECTED ON LABEL. To repel rattlesnakes
(Genus Crotalus) and garter snakes (Genus Thamnophis) from areas around houses, cabins, trailers, garages, utility houses,
barns, woodpiles, sand piles, trash cans, and flower beds. This product may also be used around the periphery of flower
gardens. Do not use this product at sites where snakes are believed to be already present.

Use in spring, summer, and fall when outdoor temperatures are conducive to snake activity.

Do not apply this product in gardens or in fields of crops grown for food or feed. Do not use this product near streams, ponds
pools, or water supplies.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS: Using gloves, apply SNAKE-A-WAY IN BANDS SURRONDING THE AREA TO BE
PROTECTED. Use bands 4 to 5 inches wide to repel garter snakes. For rattlesnakes, use bands 8 to 12 inches wide. In yards,
lightly sprinkle Snake-A-Way over the area within the treatment band.

When the odor of Snake-A-Way becomes faint, its effectiveness may be diminished. If this occurs during the season when
snakes are active, retreat with enough of the product to restore the original odor intensity. Retreatment may also be necessary
after heavy rains.

RATS AND MICE:

USE RESTRICTIONS: FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY. APPLY ONLY AS DIRECTED ON LABEL. This product may be
used to limit damage by house mice (Mus musculus). Norway rats (Rattus norvegicus). or roof rats (R. rattus) to garbage
bags placed near residences and other buildings or to garbage bags placed along streets or alleys for garbage collection.

Do not use this product in gardens or in fields of crops grown for food or feed. Do not use this product near streams, ponds
pools, or water supplies, or sewers.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS: Using gloves, apply in a lightly sprinkled band around the area where garbage bags are
placed. Beginning no more than one foot out from the outermost bags, lightly broadcast until band of product is 24 inches
wide. When the odor becomes faint, its effectiveness may be diminished. Retreatment may also be necessary after heavy,
washing-type rains.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL: [For Non-Refillable Containers Weighing 50 Ibs. or Less]

PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store only in original container, in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location inaccessible to
children, and pets.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL AND CONTAINER HANDLING: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this
container. If Empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available.
If Partly Filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor
or outdoor drain.
STORAGE & DISPOSAL: {For Non-Reflllable Containers Weighing More than 50 Ibs.]
Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
STORAGE: Store in original container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location inaccessible to children, domestic
animals, and pets.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a
violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State
Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for
guidance.
CONTAINER HANDLING 1 : Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling if available or reconditioning if
appropriate, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration, or if allowed by state or local authorities, by
burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
