order No. 964/A-I Dated 29-03-2014 issued by Chief Executive officer (EDU) Narowal and
joined on 08-04-2014 at Govt. High School Narowal Till 02-02-2019. After the inter district
transfer Vide Order DPI (SE) No. 16165/Admn Male-4 Dated: 16-11-18 and CEO (DEA) Order
No. 698/Admn-I Dated: 23-01-19 Joined the School Govt. Muslim High School No.2 Civil Lines
Lahore at 02-02-2019 till now.

I have completed 4 years on 30-04-2018 of my contractual service. It is request to regularize my

service under Punjab Regularization Act-2018.
