Car Park Ticket: This is a Car Park Ticket. Please present the QR code on Car Park Ticket while you enter the car park. The parking fees shall be
settled when your vehicle exits the car park. This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can be used once on the above visit date only. A
condition of entry to Ocean Park Car Park is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw and safety rules which are available at the entrances to Ocean Park.
The Ocean Park Corporation does not accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to any vehicle or article or thing in or upon any vehicle or for
any injury to any person. No vehicle will be allowed to stay in the Car Park beyond opening hour. In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park
will be final.
Please note: Please protect this ticket, do not damage or wet it, especially the bar code area which must be scanned at the entrance. This ticket will be
void if altered or defaced. Ocean Park accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket.

InFUNity Entry Pass: This is an entry e-pass to Ocean Park. You can present this e-pass via Smartphone or on an A4 size paper at the entrance of Ocean Park for admission. This e-pass is non-refundable and
non-exchangeable. Adult or Student Pass includes 1pc of HK$30 shopping e-cash voucher, 1pc of HK$30 food & beverage e-cash voucher and 3 sets of skill game coupons (6pcs in each set). The offer of e-cash vouchers
and skill game coupons are valid from 1 September 2021 to 28 February 2022, excluding Park closures (every Tuesday from 7 September 2021 until further notice) and specific blockout dates (24 – 25 December 2021 and
1 – 3 February 2022). Please present the QR code printed on this e-pass at designated in-park restaurants, food kiosks or mobile food carts (Not applicable at McDonald's Restaurant and Ciao Chow) and designated
souvenir shops (Waterfront Gifts, Deep Sea Traders and The Lodge) as in-park e-cash voucher. Please state that you are using the e-cash voucher and present this e-Pass before payment to enjoy the offer. If the exchange
amount is higher than the face value of each exchange, the difference must be made up; if it is lower than the face value of each exchange, the difference will not be refunded. The e-cash vouchers can only be used by the
InFUNity Entry Pass holder and cannot be transferred to others. The e-cash vouchers can only be used once, and the offer quota will be deducted upon usage. Souvenir shop opening hours may be subject to change
without prior notice. The designated restaurants and food kiosks may be chartered for private functions, and their opening hours may be subject to change without prior notice. Spending and discount amount is based on
one single receipt. The e-cash voucher is not applicable to Ocean FasTrack, Get Closer to the Animals programme and vending machines. This offer is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in
conjunction with the SmartFun Annual Pass/Unlimited Entry Pass/SumFUN Entry Pass/InFUNity Entry Pass related discounts, credit card discounts, discount coupons or other promotional offers. Please also present the
QR code printed on this e-pass to redeem 3 sets of Buy $50 Get $20 Skill Game Coupons (6pcs in each set) at designated souvenir shops (Waterfront Gifts, Deep Sea Traders, and The Lodge). Each valid InFUNity Entry
Pass can redeem the offer for 3 times (1 set per time) and 1 offer quota will be deducted upon each redemption. This offer can only be used by the InFUNity Entry Pass holder and cannot be transferred to others. This offer
is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. The e-cash voucher and skill game coupons cannot be sold to any parties. Any person caught selling the e-cash vouchers and skill game coupons will be subject to
prosecution. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation shall be final and binding. Ocean Park Corporation reserves the right to change or terminate the contents of this promotion at any time without
prior notice. This e-pass entitles you to all operating rides, facilities and exhibits, except skill games, coin-operated games, special paid events and facilities being held in the Park. This e-pass must be used by the same
person during its period of validity, excluding Park closures (every Tuesday from 7 September 2021 until further notice) and specific blockout dates (24 – 25 December 2021 and 1 – 3 February 2022). For repair,
maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Ocean Park may change the Park admission days or operating opening hours, closure of the Park or suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time
without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park’s InFUNity Entry Pass that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the passes purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such
ride suspension, closure of attraction, changes in Park admission days, opening hours or Park closure. In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or
black rainstorm warnings, Ocean Park may close the Park with or without prior notice to the public. In case the Park reaches its maximum capacity, Ocean Park may exercise admission control and you may not be allowed
for entry. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw, safety rules and Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and / or other appropriate locations of the Park. Ocean Park shall not be
responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within the Park. In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
