When I was in high school, my dad told me to sleep early.

During the first four years, I


didn´t because I felt well If I slept only 5 hours every night, but when I started the last
year, I couldn´t study because I didn´t have enough energy and also I had a terrible
headache every night. So, I had to change my life. My dad asked me to do exercise at
night, so I could sleep in a better way. Also, he told me to listen to relax music 10
minutes before go bed. After 2 months, I started to feel better and I had a lot of energy
every morning and I could study in a better way during all the day. Definitly, I had one
of the best routine.
My dad was totally right!
