NOTICE FOR P.T.M, HALF YEARLY EXAMINATION AND REVISION

Respected Parents,

Please take care of following points for bright future of your son/daughter.

 School has organised P.TM. On 7th October 2023 [Saturday] at 8:00am to 11:00am just before Half Yearly
Examination to know about anything related to examination. Hence it is mandatory to attend P.T.M by all
parents.
 If your son/daughter has not obtained admit card then please manage to get it immediately. Please do not
send your ward from home without admit card to appear in examination. No student can enter in school
campus without admit card. Admit card will be checked at main gate or main entry.
 Leaves will not be granted for students as well as staff during examination. If any student is absent in Half
Yearly Examination, he/she will not be promoted to higher class in Annual Examination except crucial
medical circumstances.
 It is mandatory to attend revision classes regularly because teachers are preparing the students for next
examination to obtain best marks according to their hard work and preparation. Action will be taken against
absent students.
 Please inculcate regularity and punctuality in your son/daughter to progress in life.
