Almighty God because of His blessing, we can
attend this event in healthy condition.

I am pleased to extend a warm welcome to you

at the 1st International Conference on
Enterprise and Industrial Systems (ICOEINS) 2023.
Although we were unable to meet in person, I am pleased that we will be able
to hold this conference online. As a result, I appreciate all of the visitors and
delegates for coming and contributing their ideas, knowledge, and energy.

This year, the conference raises the topic "Advancing Innovation and
Sustainability in Enterprise and Industrial Systems". The ICOEINS has been
recognized as the perfect platform for both scholars and practitioners to share
their knowledge, encourage scientific discussion, and learn from each other.

Telkom University is committed to becoming a research and entrepreneurial

University and being beneficial to all of our society, and collaboration is one of
the most crucial factors in achieving this goal. On this special occasion, I would
like to express my gratitude to Universitas Udayana for being a part of this
conference. I am hoping that our collaboration will continue in the future.

Hopefully, this conference can have a significant impact on the near- and long-
term modern research development and can be beneficial not only for Telkom
University and Indonesia but also for around the world.

You are a very important part of the conference’s success. Thank you all for your

accuracy of 79%. This indicates that the

procurement projects and does not have
a dedicated system to handle client
complaints and maintenance requests. As
a result, client trust in the services and
products provided by CV Karya Muda
Digital has declined, and clients are
dissatisfied with the services provided.
One possible solution is to implement the
Kanban method and ticketing processes in
project management and customer
complaint handling. By using a Kanban-
based board and task system, project and
task management can be facilitated, and
it will be more familiar to department
employees who are accustomed to task
systems and self-assignment. In the
ticketing system, when a client submits a
request with a problem definition, a ticket
will be automatically recorded in the
system. The tickets can be viewed and
accessed by the relevant project teams.
By implementing the Kanban method and
ticketing processes, it is expected that CV
Karya Muda Digital can enhance
coordination, project management, and
customer complaint handling more
effectively and efficiently.

students have good digital literacy and a
positive academic outlook. Cognitive
engagement, on the other hand, is rated
low and requires more learning. There is
room for improving the quality of learning
attributes and learning interactivity.
Interestingly, students demonstrated their
ability to manage time well. These findings
indicate that, although student satisfaction
with hybrid learning is still neutral,
institutions can improve elements that can
affect student satisfaction. Universities
must concentrate on improving the

These findings will help refine the hybrid

Based on Climate variations in rainfall hold substantial
in Indonesia importance in mitigating risks linked to
heavy rainfall, such as floods and
landslides. Moreover, besides its role in
disaster preparedness, rainfall data also
holds practical value in sectors such as
agriculture, transportation, and industry.
By incorporating data mining classification
techniques, the process of predicting
rainfall in Indonesia can be greatly
enhanced. In this study, daily climate data
from Indonesia is harnessed, and the
chosen method for classification is the
random forest algorithm. This selection
stems from its capability to generate
accurate and consistent classification
models without necessitating intricate
adjustments of parameters. Furthermore,
the Naïve Bayes method is also integrated
due to its straightforward implementation
and its capacity for simple probability
modeling, which can be effectively applied
across diverse classification data. The
outcomes of this investigation suggest
that the random forest algorithm
surpasses the Naïve Bayes algorithm in
terms of performance and accuracy when
classifying climate datasets unique to
Indonesia. The random forest algorithm
attains an accuracy rate of 86.55%,
whereas the Naïve Bayes algorithm lags
behind at an accuracy rate of 36.61%. It
is anticipated that these research findings
can serve as a point of reference for
subsequent scholarly inquiries and
contribute to the ongoing monitoring of
daily rainfall in Indonesia, thereby aiding
in the prevention of natural disasters.

the results of cloud network connection

OpenStack is easier and faster to use
because data can be created directly
from the Dashboard without having to go
