Story of the aff:

The aff solves – the scholarship of the aff looks at queer bodies through structural
realism, then post that analysis, we utilise the logic of the gay bomb that’s Puar
Coates and Blas. The aff solves and it’s probably good. Even if our scholarship saves
one life, that’s still probably good. We concede that it’s bad that people are dying in
the status quo, outside the round, and of course the aff doesn’t resolve that. What we

aff is bad, but we specifically analyse bodies and figure out how to solve them. That’s
speculative realism and solves here, right now, something is actually done.
