INSIGHTS GAINED DURING THE MEETING/LAC/FGD?


1. What were the significant insights/learnings you have gained during the
MEETING/LAC/FGD?

I learned the new classroom indicators COIs and non observable indicators (NCOIs) of the
RPMS tools for the conduct of Classroom observation for this school year 2023-2024. The
LAC thought me how to apply a range of teaching strategies which is appropriate to classroom
observations. I was also enlightened on what are the indicators for the COT1 . The discussion
of Ma’am Analyn Galope, our Master Teacher was a big help for me to know how to apply the
said indicators in my upcoming Classroom observation.
I also gained learnings on the Mode of verification for all the non observable indicators
(NCOIs). It will help us new teachers to accomplish the NCOIs appropriately .

2. How did the MEETING/LAC/FGD change your perspectives or ways in teaching?

The meeting/LAC helped me to plan and properly prepare a good lesson plan that is aligned in
the RPMS Tools. It helped me to understand the importance of understanding the whole RPMS-
PPST. The meeting/LAC helped me to be competent in applying the classroom indicators. It is a
great opportunity to have this LAC because it will guide me as a new teacher on how to
facilitate my classroom observation.
The Indicators for Classroom observation was well explained and elaborated. It will helped me
to plan my Demo/DLL appropriately. This meeting/LAC/FGD is very helpful to come up with
better learning outcomes which will be reflected in the teaching-learning process.
