PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ADDSTRENGTH™ EP-L502 is general purpose acrylic processing aid especially designed for
building and construction application like extrusion in window profile, siding, fences, pipe and
injection parts and pipe fitting.

ADDSTRENGTH™ EP-L502 is designed to provide fast fusion and improve processing of PVC
which is very helpful in foam PVC and also high filled PVC formulation.

ADDSTRENGTH™ EP-L502 OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:

FUSION BEHAVIOUR
ADDSTRENGTH™ EP-L502 offers excellent fusion promotion in formulating PVC which
improved processing properties in melt flow and low post-extrusion shrinkage resulted best
surface quality like gloss and enhanced output.

Below tested fusion property clearly exhibited that ADDSTRENGTH™ EP-L502 helps to speed
up PVC gelation than compound without processing aid.

PROCESSABILITY
We could see below picture that ADDSTRENGTH™ EP-L502 demonstrates
better processability against specimen without PA.

ADDSTRENGTH™ EP-L502 proven that it helps to fuse PVC quicker with homogeneity and
obtain better surface quality with higher gloss.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Standard recommended storage conditions:

• Store indoors, protected from weather
• Storage temperature <50°C
• Protect from ultraviolet light

When stored correctly under original packaging, the shelf life is 2.0yrs from date
of manufacturing.

Any opened materials are advised to use within one month unless well contained under
ambient temperature.

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION

Avoid high concentrations of dust powder in the air and dust accumulation in equipment. High
airborne powder can caused dust explosion. Use local ventilation when handling or process
these materials. Employ bonding and grounding where operation generated static charges. Use
air tight bags when disposing. Incinerate or landfill at permitted facility in accordance to local
country regulations.
