There are a variety of packages available that have been tailored to meet your
specific marketing objectives and budgetary plans. Additionally, the
Organizing Committee is pleased to explore more avenues about how we may

Currently, JCI Bangladesh has 40 Local Organizations with more than 5000 members all around the country under
the strong leadership of Senator Mr. Ziaul Haque Bhuiyan, the 2023 National President of JCI Bangladesh. The

Sponsor’s Responsibility
It is the responsibility of sponsors to provide materials listed in the package, once the
commitment has been made.
The companies which get the most out of their sponsorship are those who actively promote
their presences at the event and provide any required materials in timely manner.
Sponsorship Agreements
Once your preferred sponsorship has been negotiated, the organizer, JCI Bangladesh will
prepare a Sponsorship Agreement for your signature. The Agreement is to be signed and
returned within the timeframe specified.

The entitlements listed in this document are offered on the basis that confirmation of a
sponsor’s involvement is received prior to the deadline specified by the organizer. (e.g.
production of promotional material).
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend these packages, program format
or anything without prior notice at any time subject ensure a smooth execution of the
event.
