Notice for NITJAA Governing Body Elections

NITJAA Will hold the elections for the Global Governing Body as per following schedule and guidelines:
• Only LMs and RMs are valid candidates & voters for all posts.
• Last date to become the RM/LMs for eligibility in upcoming Elections - 3rd September 2023
• Final List of Eligible Candidates publication either for self- nomination/voting- 6th September 2023
• Announcement for the election kickoff — 6th September 2023
• Query redressal by Election Officer- 10th September 2023
• Final Date for Nomination filing— 21st September 2023
• Withdrawal from nomination - 23rd September 2023
• Scrutiny/Verification/Validation by Election Officer – 26th September 2023
• Announcement of FINAL PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES for the election— 26th September 2023
• Presentation by nominated Candidates to LMs and RMs- 30th September 2023
• Online voting Elections- Starts from 1st October 2023 12 AM IST and closes at 7th October 12:00 AM IST.
• DECLARATION of THE RESULT— 7th October 2023
• Official declaration of NITJAA Governing Body -8th October 2023
