List of Maintenance Work Completed at Mud Tank till 04.10.

1. Possam Belly by Pass Valve has developed Leakage. Its needs replacement.
Possam Belly by Pass Valve has been replaced with new one. Now it is Ok.
2. Shale Shaker Hydraulic Jacks are not covered. Their Covers are dismantled & are kept aside.
Shale Shaker Hydraulic Jacks are covered. Some Part of Hydraulic Lines are still uncovered.
3. Eye wash still not Functional. It is mandatory from HSE point of view.
Eye wash is Functional now.
4. Chemical Stand at Hoppers is broken from one side.
Chemical Stand at Hopper is repaired.
5. Rubber Sheets for Stoppage of Cuttings Re-entry into Shakers Pan are missing.
Rubber Sheets for Both Shakers have been installed.
6. Agitators No.2, 3 & 4 are producing abnormal Sounds. They need to be inspected.
Abnormal Sound Problem of Agitator No.2 & 3 is rectified. Only Agitator No.4 is still producing
abnormal Sound.
7. Bleed of Line of Pump No.1 from shear Pin to Mud tank is not installed.
Bleed of Line of Pump No.1 from shear Pin to Mud tank is installed now.
8. Trip Tank agitator is not working.
Trip Tank agitator is working now.
9. Water Line Sleeves between Tank 1 & 2 and Tank 2 & 3 are leaked causing wastage of fresh
water. Need to be repaired.
Water Leakage between Line Sleeves of Tank 1 & 2 and Tank 2 & 3 is rectified.
