ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA DE LA ASOCIACION DE COMERCIANTES

MAYORISTAS DE PRODUCTOS AGRICOLAS DE LA REGION “PLAZA MIGUEL SOTELO”

(FECHA 10 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO 2009) .

En la ciudad de Huancayo, a los diez días del mes de noviembre del año dos mil nueve, siendo las 10:00
a.m., en el local de la institución ubicado en Prolong. Piura Nueva Nº 451 del Distrito y Provincia de
Huancayo, se llevó acabo la Asamblea General Ordinaria de asociados de la Asociación de Comerciantes
Mayoristas de Productos Agrícolas de la Región “Plaza Miguel Sotelo” de Huancayo, bajo la dirección del
actual Presidente del Consejo Directivo Señor ROBERTO GEREMÍAS HUAMÁN ALFARO, y
actuando como Secretario la Señora GLADYS MARISOL VERASTEGUI MENDOZA. Acto seguido se
procedió a la determinación del quórum reglamentario de asistencia de los asociados, constatando en primera
convocatoria, siendo las 9:30 a.m. la asistencia de 57 asociados, y en segunda convocatoria siendo las 10:00
a.m., se determinó la asistencia de 65 asociados, quienes en aplicación del Art. 20° del Estatuto de la
asociación, se determina la concurrencia del quórum reglamentario, por lo que se declara válidamente
instalado la presente Asamblea, a fin de desarrollar la agenda programada para esta fecha. Acto seguido el
Señor Presidente solicita a la Secretaria del Consejo para dar lectura el acta de asamblea anterior el mismo
que luego de haber sido oído por los asambleístas es aprobado sin ninguna observación en forma unánime y
como tal se prosigue con la asamblea leyendo la actual agenda:

2009 al 20-11-2011)

INFORMES
El Presidente del Consejo Directivo, informe a los asambleístas en general sobre las gestiones que viene
realizando en defensa los intereses de la Asociación, y al mismo tiempo exhorta a los asociados a desarrollar
los puntos que son objeto de la presente agenda, recordándole tomar lo acuerdos en forma democrática y
transparente, y con bastante responsabilidad, dado que los puntos a tratarse son de suma importancia ara el
buen funcionamiento de nuestra institución
ORDEN DEL DIA
DELIBERANDO EL PRIMER PUNTO DE LA AGENDA: NOMBRAMIENTO DE LOS
MIEMBROS DEL COMITÉ ELECTORAL.-
El Sr. Presidente invita al Asesor Legal, a fin de que nos ilustre sobre el mecanismo legal para el
nombramiento de los integrantes del Comité Electoral. Acto seguido el Señor Abogado, hace llegar sus
saludos a los Asambleístas en general, e inmediatamente señala que según el Art.35 y siguientes del Estatuto
vigente de nuestra institución debe elegirse en primer lugar a los miembros del Comité Electoral, quien es el
encargado de llevar adelante las elecciones para el Nombramiento del Nuevo Consejo Directivo y de acuerdo
al Estatuto debe estar conformado por un Presidente, Un Secretario y un Vocal relator, y el cargo de
Presidente será quien obtenga la mayor votación y así sucesivamente, y finalmente este ente goza de
autonomía. Acto seguido el Señor Presidente escuchando la opinión del asesor legal, inmediatamente invita
a los asociados presentes para hacer llegar sus propuestas para cada uno de los miembros del Comité
Electoral, recordándoles que el cargo de Presidente será quien obtenga la mayor votación y así
sucesivamente, el cuál es aprobado por la magna asamblea general. A continuación las proposiciones para
los integrantes del Comité Electoral, es como sigue:
 El asociado MAXIMO ROMERO LOARDO, propone al asociado JUAN DE DIOS MIRANDA
PALACIOS.
 La asociada GUILLERMINA TOSCANO DE RAMOS, propone al asociado REYNALDO
HUARCAYA AYRE
 El asociado ESAUL YUPANQUI BRAVO, propone al asociado MAXIMO ROMERO LOARDO.
 La asociada DULA MARIA CERRON PONCE, propone al asociado HUMBERTO CERRON
MEJICO.
Acto seguido el Señor Presidente somete votación directa de la Asamblea general, siendo el resultado el
siguiente: El asociado Juan De Dios Miranda Palacios obtiene 06 votos, el Asociado Reynaldo Huarcaya
Aire, obtiene 26 votos, el asociado Máximo Romero Loardo obtiene 24 votos, y el asociado Humberto
Cerrón Méjico, obtiene 04 votos, en tal sentido en estricta aplicación del estatuto de la asociación los
miembros del Comité Electoral queda conformado de la siguiente manera:

Acto seguido, el Señor Presidente del Consejo Directivo, señala que ha partir de este momento, a fin de que
las elecciones sea en forma transparente e imparcial, invita a los integrantes del Comité Electoral a fin de
que en forma autónoma asuman la conducción de la Asamblea General. Acto seguido los integrantes del
Comité Electoral, recientemente elegido, saludan a los asambleístas en general quienes son congratulados
con voto de aplausos desde ya expresan su agradecimiento por la confianza que se les ha encomendado en
este noble cargo, y asumen sus funciones de acuerdo a ley y al estatuto de nuestra institución.
Acto seguido el Señor Presidente del Comité Electoral, teniendo en consideración las reglas de nuestro
estatuto, señala que existen dos alternativas legales para la elección de los integrantes del Consejo Directivo,
el primero es por votación directa en este acto y la segunda por voto secreto y mediante listas. Luego de un
amplio debate, se aprueba por unanimidad de los asambleístas en general que las elecciones para el
nombramiento del Consejo Directivo sean por VOTO DIRECTO, y en este acto, por lo que
inmediatamente en estricto cumplimiento del acuerdo de acuerdo de asamblea se lleva acabo las elecciones
de los integrantes del nuevo Consejo Directivo, en la estación correspondiente.

DELIBERANDO EL SEGUNDO PUNTO DE LA AGENDA: ELECCIONES DE LOS

INTEGRANTES DEL NUEVO CONSEJO DIRECTIVO (PERIODO: 21/11/2007- 20/11/2009.) El
Presidente del Comité Electoral con las facultades y atribuciones otorgadas por el Estatuto y ratificados por
la suprema autoridad de la Asamblea General, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Art. 84 y demás
normas concordantes del Código Civil, y el estatuto vigente de nuestra institución, procede a llevar acabo
adelante las elecciones de los integrantes del nuevos consejo directivo cargo por cargo de la siguiente
manera:
PRIMERO.- EL Señor Presidente del Comité Electoral de manera inmediata, pide a los asambleístas a fin
de que se puedan realizar las respectivas proposiciones para el cargo de Presiente del nuevo Consejo
Directivo, para o cuál pide como mínimo tres propuestas:
a). La asociada Agatónica Muñoz Yupanqui, propone al Asociado Agripino Orihuela Poma
b).- El asociado David Romero Riveros, propone al asociado Hermogenes Lucio Bernaola Poma
c).- La asociada Guillermina Toscano de Ramos, propone a la asociada Noemí Elsa Huanca Huánuco
d).- El asociado Félix Romero Ninavilca, propone al asociado Roberto Geremìas Huamán Alfaro.

Luego de la votación libre y democrática se obtiene el siguiente resultado: Agripino Orihuela Poma, obtiene
(13) votos, el asociado Hermogenes Lucio Bernaola Poma, obtiene (3) votos, la asociada Noemí Elsa Huanca
Huánuco (10), y el asociado Roberto Geremìas Huamán Alfaro, obtiene (32) votos. En consecuencia resulta
ser ganador para el cargo de PRESIDENTE: ROBERTO GEREMÍAS HUAMAN ALFARO.
SEGUNDO.- Seguidamente el Presidente del Comité Electoral, consulta a la magna asamblea general a fin
de que el asociado que obtuvo el segundo lugar, sea el elegido para el cargo de VICEPRESIDENTE del
Concejo Directivo. El mismo que es aprobado en forma unánime por los asambleístas en general, en tal
sentido para el cargo de VICEPRESIDENTE queda el Señor AGRIPINO ORIHUELA POMA
TERCERO.- Acto seguido el Presidente del Comité Electoral, pide propuestas para el Cargo de
SECRETARIO del Consejo Directivo, para tal efecto pide tres (3) propuestas, señalando que el que ocupe el
segundo lugar ocupará el cargo de SUB SECRETARIO.
a).-La asociada Guillermina Toscano de Ramos, propone al asociado URBANO PIÑAS GOMEZ,
representado en la Asamblea por su hija Beatriz Piñas Colonio.
b).-El asociado Roberto Geremìas Huamán Alfaro, propone al Asociado RAÚL FLORES BALBÍN
c).-La asociada Dula Maria Cerrón Ponce, propone a la asociada MARCELINA FELIX VDA. DE SOTO,
representada por su hija Nancy Soto Félix.
Luego de la votación se obtiene el siguiente resultado: URBANO PIÑAS GOMEZ, obtiene (28) votos, la
asociada RAÚL FLORES BALBÍN (18) votos, MARCELINA FELIX VDA. DE SOTO (15) votos, con lo
que resulta ganador en el cargo de SECRETARIO: URBANO PIÑAS GOMEZ, y SUB SECRETARIO
RAUL ENRIQUE FLORES BALBIN
CUARTO.- Continuando con el desarrollo de las elecciones de la Asamblea general, el Presidente del
Comité Electoral, solicita proposiciones para el cargo de TESORERA del Consejo Directivo para tal efecto
pide tres (3) propuestas, señalando que el que ocupe el segundo lugar ocupará el cargo de SUB
TESORERO.
a).-El asociado Esaul Yupanqui Bravo, propone a la asociada Dula Maria Cerrón Ponce
b).-El asociado Agripino Orihuela Poma, propone al asociado Eleodoro Ledesma Solís.
c).- El asociado Roberto Geremìas Huamán Alfaro, propone a la asociada Julia Domitila Pituy Capcha
Luego de la votación se obtiene el siguiente resultado: Dula Maria Cerrón Ponce, obtiene (39) votos, el
asociado Eleodoro Ledesma Solís, obtiene (02) votos, la asociada Julia Domitila Pituy Capcha (18), con lo
que resulta ganador en el cargo de TESORERA: DULA MARIA CERRON PONCE y SUB
TESORERA: JULIA DOMITILA PITUY CAPCHA.
QUINTO.- Continuando con el desarrollo de las elecciones de la Asamblea general, el Presidente del
Comité Electoral, solicita proposiciones para los cargos de VOCAL DE COORDINACIÓN, VOCAL DE
ASUNTOS SOCIALES Y RELACIONES PUBLICAS; Y VOCAL DE DEPORTES del Consejo
Directivo, para tal efecto pide tres (3) propuestas, señalando que el que ocupe el segundo lugar ocupara el
cargo de VOCAL DE COORDINACIÓN y el que ocupe el tercer lugar llevara el cargo de VOCAL DE
DEPORTES, según el número de votos que obtengan.
Para tal efecto el Presidente del Comité Electoral solicita la autorización a la Magna Asamblea para este
procedimiento y no habiendo ninguna observación queda Aprobado dicho procedimiento.
a).-La asociada Dula Maria Cerrón Ponce, propone al asociado Eduardo Silvestre Romero.
b).-El asociado Esaul Yupanqui Bravo, propone al asociado Guillermina Toscano de Ramos.
c).-El asociado Humberto Cerrón Méjico, propone al asociado Gladys Marisol Verastegui Mendoza.
Luego de la votación se obtiene el siguiente resultado: Eduardo Silvestre Romero, obtiene (28) votos, el
asociado Guillermina Toscano de Ramos, obtiene (23) votos, Y el Asociado Gladys Marisol Verastegui
Mendoza, obtiene (9) quienes según la votación respectiva ocuparan los cargos correlativamente según los
votos recibidos quedando aprobado de la siguiente manera:
Como VOCAL DE COORDINACIÓN, la Asociada GUILLERMINA TOSCANO DE RAMOS,
VOCAL DE ASUNTOS SOCIALES Y RELACIONES PÚBLICAS, es elegida GLADYS MARISOL
VERASTEGUI MENDOZA, VOCAL DE DEPORTES, es elegido el asociado EDUARDO
SILVESTRE ROMERO
SEXTO.- Seguidamente el Presidente del Comité Electoral pide las propuestas para e cargo de FISCAL del
Concejo Directivo.
Las proposiciones para el cargo de FISCAL son:
a).- La asociada Dula Maria Cerrón Ponce, propone a la asociada Guillermina Toscano De Ramos.
b).- El asociado Roberto Geremìas Huamán Alfaro, propone al asociado Esaùl Yupanqui Bravo.
c).- El asociado Eduardo Silvestre Romero, propone al asociado Ernesto De la cruz Condori
Luego de la votación se obtiene el siguiente resultado: GUILLERMINA TOSCANO DE RAMOS, obtiene
(17) votos, el asociado Esaùl Yupanqui Bravo, obtiene (20) votos, y el asociado Ernesto De la cruz
Condori, obtiene (09), con lo que resulta ganador en el cargo de FISCAL la asociada, ESAÙL
YUPANQUI BRAVO.
Que, habiendo cumplido con el acto de nombramiento de los miembros del Nuevo Consejo Directivo, queda
conformado los 10 miembros del NUEVO CONSEJO DIRECTIVO PERIODO (PERIODO: 21-11-2009 al

Seguidamente el Presidente del Comité Electoral, toma el respectivo JURAMENTO DE LEY AL

PRESIDENTE DEL NUEVO CONSEJO DIRECTIVO, el mismo que luego lo hizo a los demás miembros
del Nuevo CONSEJO DIRECTIVO, exhortándole a cumplir con las normas del estatuto, las leyes,
reglamentos y demás acuerdos de la asamblea general, el mismo que fue ovacionado con fuertes aplausos
por parte de los asambleístas en general.
Finalmente los Asambleístas en general, en forma unánime le facultad al Presidente del Consejo directivo
para que formalice la respectiva inscripción de los nuevos miembros del Concejo directivo ante los
Registros Públicos, pudiendo firmar todo tipo de documentos públicos y privados con tal fin.

CIERRE DE SESIÓN.- No existiendo otros puntos que tratar, se da por terminado y se levanta la asamblea
por el Sr. Presidente siendo las 1:00 PM. Del día 10 del mes de noviembre del año 2009, pasando a firmar
