1. Organice un documento en el formato de su preferencia donde realizará las actividades


de esta sección.

2. Ingrese al material de formación The Market Thing: "KNOWING MY TEAM",


ubicado en la actividad de Proyecto 8: Supervisar el equipo de trabajo". Observe el video
tutorial contenido en la sección "Let's listen", y escriba un párrafo de mínimo 10 líneas,
expresando las ideas principales contenidas en él.

3. Descargue y lea los textos contenidos en la sección "Let's read". Realice la actividad de
comprensión lectora de la sección y tome capturas de pantalla en cada pregunta, incluyendo
el resultado final. Agregue las capturas en el documento.

4. Basado en la administración de recursos humanos, escriba una presentación donde


señale las políticas para su propio proyecto, con el objetivo de promover un ambiente
laboral adecuado en su compañía.

Activity 2

The new way of working will allow employees not to attend meetings
physically but through chats or video conferences no matter where they
are through mobile hardware. It will also allow companies to get in
touch with their colleagues and customers in an easier way. This new
way of working will drive the company to be more competitive, because
employees spend more time visiting their customers, going to
conferences or events. There will be systems that will be able to verify
and track employee commitment, ethics and knowledge. This
environment will be created so that everyone can work and can be used
by anyone in the company, with the aim of working faster and more
effectively. However, when there is no connection this new way of
working will be affected, but it is expected that in the future everyone
will have the ability to be online and that the data connection will take
over mobile devices.

Quality management
In the poultry farm company ryr must indicate policies that are aimed at

Environmental management
My company is required to comply with current environmental
regulations, and promote behaviors such as recycling, the reduction of
pollution. My company has a protocol to be able to deal with the incident
