for the enlistment as a valuator for bank. We do hereby undertake to give you letter of
indemnity for any pecuniary loss incurred the bank arising out of our negligence in
performance or making over valuation/under valuation of any securities, fake title of the
properties, non possession of the mortgagor on the properties or any sort of business
concealment of fact or manipulation or any unprofessional activity of any misrepresentation
in the valuation report submitted by us.

no conflict of self interest in accordance with ITB, black list from any projects and no
punishment regarding contract for processing for the Bid or being proposed as Project
Manager for the contract. We are not disqualified to take part in the procurement of works as
mentioned in contract as per rules and regulation of Government of Nepal. There is none of
our vested interest on this procurement contract. We have never been punished for the
procurement job or profession.
