Important Instructions for Online Registration in 4th Online

Stray Vacancy Round (For MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses)

▪ Candidates who have been allotted a seat of MD/MS/Diploma/MDS

courses up to Round 03 & have confirmed their admission (E.g.
After paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank &
have confirmed their admission after submission of Original
Documents at Help center and have not taken admission order from
Help center of ACPPGMEC). They will not be allowed to participate
in any subsequent rounds of All India Quota/ State Quota
counselling for MD/MS/Diploma/MDS courses. And their
admission will not be cancelled under any circumstances. And they
will not be able to do a new registration in the 4th Online Stray
Vacancy Round.

▪ Candidates who have been allotted a seat of MD/MS/Diploma/MDS

courses & not confirmed their admission in Round-03 (E.g. After
paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have
not confirmed their admission after submission of Original
Documents at Help center and have not taken admission order from
Help center of ACPPGMEC) and exited with forfeiture of Refundable
security deposit, they are not eligible to participate in 4th Online
Stray Vacancy Round. They will not be eligible to do fresh
registration also in 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round.

▪ Candidates who have purchased Online PIN by paying Rs.28,000/-

in Round 01 or Round 02 or Round 03 and have not done Online
Registration/ Documents verification & not submitted photocopies
of documents at the Help Center after completing online

registration, need not purchase online PIN again. They have to do

online Registration & upload required documents. After that they
have to do documents verification & submit photocopies of
documents at the Help Center.

▪ Candidates who registered for Round-01 or Round-02 or Round-03

and did not get any seat allotted in Round-03 are not required to
register again in 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round. They can do
choice filling in 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round with their older
registration.

▪ In 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round, only those candidates can do

fresh registration, who have not Registered in Round 01 or Round
02 or Round 03 OR who have been allotted a seat in Round 02 but
their admission have not been confirmed (Exited with forfeiture of
refundable security deposit) and have not Registered in Round 03.
Only these candidates can do fresh registration after purchasing
Online PIN by paying Rs.28,000/- from admission committee
website.
