V/v ngừng đầu tư mới thiết bị truyền dẫn
quang SDH trong hệ thống VTDR EVNCPC.

EVNCPC nhận được thông báo ngày 01/10/2020 của Tập đoàn Infinera về
việc ngừng sản xuất sản phẩm thiết bị truyền dẫn quang SDH hiT 70xx (Chi tiết như
phụ lục kèm theo). Đây là xu hướng chung của các nhà sản xuất, khi thay thế dần
các thiết bị truyền dẫn quang SDH bằng các thiết bị truyền dẫn trên nền tảng IP.
Trên cơ sở rà soát hiện trạng hạ tầng thiết bị hệ thống viễn thông dùng riêng và
nhu cầu khai thác kênh thông tin phục vụ công tác điều hành SXKD, TCT định
hướng không tiếp tục đầu tư thiết bị truyền dẫn quang SDH và sẽ phát triển mạng
truyền dẫn trên nền tảng IP trong thời gian tới. TCT sẽ ban hành giải pháp và yêu
cầu kỹ thuật trong tháng 01/2021 để các đơn vị có cơ sở triển khai thực hiện.
Triển khai định hướng trên, TCT yêu cầu:
- Các CTĐL trực thuộc không đầu tư các thiết bị truyền dẫn quang hiT 7030,
hiT 7025 trong danh mục SCL 2021, ĐTXD 2021. Trong giai đoạn này, TCT sẽ
điều chuyển, sắp xếp linh hoạt thiết bị để đáp ứng yêu cầu vận hành của đơn vị.
- KHPC và ĐNPC tham khảo để xây dựng kế hoạch đầu tư phù hợp.
- Đối với các dự án TBA 110kV chưa tổ chức đấu thầu mua sắm thiết bị thông
tin, các Ban QLDA yêu cầu Tư vấn hiệu chỉnh giải pháp thông tin theo giải pháp và
yêu cầu kỹ thuật EVNCPC ban hành.
Trong trường hợp vướng mắc, các đơn vị báo cáo TCT để được hướng dẫn
thực hiện.

Re: hiT 70xx product End-of-Life (EOL) announcement

many solution including SDH/SONET, OTN, IP/Ethernet, MPLS-TP, PTN, DWDM,... Among those
products, hiT70xx series provide SDH transport functionality for TDM and Ethernet based service.
This platform has been in deployment for many years.
The purpose of this letter is to give the EOL Milestones for this product series hiT 70xx, detail as
below:

We do have the alternative products for your on-going requirement:
• For large scale SDH switching applications (e.g hiT 7065 or hiT 7080), our mTera system is
available for new network deployments. Additionally, the mTera solution provides advanced
functionality including OTN switching, Packet Switching, and DWDM interface functionality.
• For small SDH application requirements (e.g. hiT 7025/35), the 7090 platform provides Circuit
Emulation of SDH signals into MPLS-TP packet switch applications.
