Program Manager S4/HANA (Automotive and Manufacturing)

I work as SAP S4/HANA Program Manager in Europe within Automotive Vertical with 20+ YEARS of Global Experience with a focus on SAP
S4/HANA Finance and S4/HANA FSCM version 1809, 1909 with 2 Brownfield Implementation 1 Roll out and 1 AMS. I have also completed
Infosys Internal certification in S4/HANA Finance as a part of Cross Skill Upgrade program. I was a part of Energy Utilities as well as
Consumer Retail vertical since last 15 years based in US and Mainland Western Europe. I was promoted as Customer Sales Manager for
SAP Practice in Retail and Consumer vertical in Infosys USA and achieved a TCV target of 18 Million $. Last One year I managed Isuzu and
Volvo Trucks demerger Program. I was leading the ISUZU Business Analyst team to draft the business blueprint design in alignment with
Volvo Existing design approved for S4 HANA Upgrade by Capgemini .My external customer was Volvo IT team and Cap Gemini to configure
and fulfill the delta with Isuzu in order to make Isuzu a standalone system. They will implement the Sales Supply and Finance work
packages 1909 Support pack 2 on Microsoft Azure. This was a 10 Million $ Engagement spanning over 18 Months.

Currently I Lead SAP and Non SAP Finance Programs of Three Large Clients in Nordic Region , Velux, Vestas and Ericsson with a combined
Billing Value of approx. 25 Million $ in ECC Ecosystem these are all Engagement for 5 years spanning 9 SAP and Non SAP finance Tracks. I
am also advising Ericson on Moving to AWS by decommissioning Microsoft in their upgrade journey to S4 HANA done by TCS.

I started as an SAP FICO Business Analyst in Indian Rayon (Aditya Birla Group) within Finance Processes in 2002 then moved as an SAP FICO
consultant in 2004, scaling up as a SAP S4/HANA Senior Principal Consultant. Front ended Successful SAP S4/HANA full suite Solution Sales
that converted along with CPG Retail and Energy Utility Vertical Sales Leaders from US Digital program office based in Orlando to influence
client’s C suite Leaders to win Global bids and MSA in acquiring clients like Coca-Cola, Tyson Foods, Nike, Edge well Consumer Care,
PepsiCo, Kellogg’s, Kraft Foods, Wal-Mart, Tesco, Hershey’s, MARS Foods and Pet Care. In O&G I have front ended Total SA France, Essar
Oil UK, TransCanada, Gazprom Russia, BP Oil and Gas and Shell Oil. I was promoted as Customer Sales Manager in SAP Vertical Americas.

In last five years as S4/HANA Program Manager My role included technically hands-on Leading Global S4/HANA programs with Three large
Consumer Clients Coca Cola, PepsiCo Foods and Tyson Foods US with each portfolio size of 50 Million $+ in RAR 1) For Coca Cola I lead the
Global SAP S4 HANA Roll out in Eastern Europe along with AMS and change management along with testing 2) For PepsiCo I lead SAP
S4/HANA FICO FSCM SD and Ariba Implementation decommissioning SAP Sunset ECC team for Americas region along with Canada. 3) For
Tyson Foods I lead the full suite SAP S4HANA Data Cutover and Testing for Go Live along with the transition from Deloitte US who were
the implementing partners. For Wave 2 I lead the S4/HANA AMS Support globally with a team size of 170+.

Within AMS portfolio I subsequently lead the AMS along with Hyper care support where 40 plus FICO IS Oil Gas and Sales Trade & Logistics
Management applications where multiple jobs were run at weekend and Month end with third party application like High Radius Chronicle
for processing inbound and outbound data. In SAP S4/Hana AMS I was involved in Forecasting Quarterly revenues and Best Estimates.

I played the role of SAP S4HANA Lead technically managing Coca Cola and PepsiCo and Tyson Food Products in their SAP/S4 HANA
Journey. In Coca Cola I technically lead the team in Data Conversion and Cutover Activity of SAP S4/HANA on all the SAP/S4 modules along
with focusing on Finance and Product costing along with testing thereof using SOLMAN and HPQC. 2) In Tyson Foods the second Project
was in SAP S4 HANA AMS with IBM being the implementing Partner. In Tyson Foods I technically lead the whole SAP S4 HANA SAP Hybris
AMS team for Supply chain, Finance in Assets Accounts Payable, Disputes, Billers Direct and Simple Finance. 3) In Eli Lily I lead the whole
S4/HANA HPQC and SOLMAN Testing, Data Migration and cutover leading to go live for SAPS4/HANA across 21 countries except NA Geo.

I Worked as FICO SME in areas AR, AA, AP, GL, RAR, COPA, Intrastate, interfaces for global roll out. Worked with client on understanding of
business processes, bank and sales interfaces, global template. Requirement gathering, Gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment
and documentation/ Plan, draft, and execution of test scripts for upgrade project. Create new bespoke objects in SAP FI, AP, AR, Billing
and Asset Management Campaign and Trade Management creating budgets in FIORI and interact with Technical team for RICEFW
development. Creates test scenarios and development of test cases and preparation of test data Uploads all relevant master data objects
and reconcile with legacy applications. I have Configured FICO Integrations with MM and SD module. Lead the technical Conversion steps
from ECC to S4/HANA in FICO Module. In S4/HANA Finance, I have defined Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Finance to Manage
FTM, Account to Report (ATR), and Invest to Divest (ITD). Collated Different Reports in FI and Controlling Process.

based on Terminals Barges and Tank. I also Lead Integration of Plant Operation Level Reports like of SAP Canned, Metadata, Repository
ETL and Analytical Reports of Consumer across locations. I have also worked on Production Revenue accounting and Hydrocarbon Tools for
Oil and Gas reporting

In O&G client transition Ran the whole Transition from Secondary State to Steady State from TCS with 95% SLA adherence. I have defined
the Market to Customer (MTC) Channel Management, Service to Close, Service to Close. In Logistics I have defined the Order to Cash
(OTC), Rent to Return (RTR), Pick to ship (PTS), Purchase to Pay (PTP) Integration of Data’s with Project to Realize (PTR).

At Downstream Oil and Gas Plant I did the Transition Process and Legacy Definitions mapping Source and Formatted Reports in Power BI in
a single screen. Defined Level Liquid Petroleum Gross Refinery Margin, Import Pricing Basis, Yields Crude CIV, Crude Arrivals Dates Crude
Run,, Feed stocks, HDS2 Blending , Pipe Schedule , Yield Price Effect ,Give Away Report, Cracker Report , PNL Exposure , Position and
Inventory Cost Accounts by Terminal and Tanks , Gross Refinery Margin Report into a Common Dashboard on Power BI in single Version.
Freezing with Architecture and Process Flow design of Orders, Verification, Gas Terminal Automation, Fuel FACS and Its Interphase with
SAP TAS Process integration in Finance tool like Temenos Reporting System.

Defined Sales distribution process, Supply chain Process from Oil Wells to Gas Pump Plant Level Procurement Process of Crude Raw Crude.

Response time trends, resolution time trends incidence category distribution, number of documents added to knowledge.

Consulting Agreement and SOW for Third Party Vendors across for the Repeat Projects with special focus on Pricing Strategy,
SLA’s, and Delivery Models. While making the Project Plan a I freeze the Design the Landscape. I lead the change Control Board
Gateway way meetings, cut over, BPML list and Defined the BRD for SAP HCM, MM, PP SD CRM Logistics and FICO Interphase. I
was also involved to freeze the Process Design Document and Global Template in SAP.
