Field Trip Details

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Tribe Games athletes will be participating in the Bowling event on 12/8/17. This event is being held at
Warpath Bowling Lanes from 9:00a.m.-1:30p.m. Lunch will be provided to all athletes. Parents and/or
guardians are welcome to attend. Please sign below and indicate if your child will or will not be participating in
this field trip. For those of you not already familiar with "Tribe Games" - this event will be similar to Special
Olympics however, Tribe Games is exclusive to Kingsport City Schools!

Students will be changing into our special event t-shirts once they arrive at school. Any pants/shorts that will
allow them to bowl comfortably are fine. Also, please wear shoes with socks so that they can change into
bowling shoes at the alley.

Please note: A photographer may also be present at this event. In the past, we have had pictures used in
school newsletters and news articles. If you DO NOT want your child's photo taken and potentially shared for
school/media purposes, please write that below.
