16th February 2007: Chinese New Years’ Eve, it’s the year of the pig oink oink!!

17th – 21st February 2007: Chinese New Years’ holiday period. Time for all the family to get together and appreciate the previous year
and prepare for the next. It’s also a time to eat lots of delicious food mmmmmmm!.
