loss/gain, and dietary patterns, and diet orders, and provided patient centered
interventions.
 Communicated alongside other medical disciplines to provide patient centered care.
 Oversaw tray audits: surveyed for proper scoops, calling out portions, allergies, diet
orders and textures while on tray line. Checked temperatures of each item after delivery.
Kitchen Supervisor:
 Supervised kitchen staff of up to eight employees scheduled per day: checked
temperature logs, sanitation standards, refrigerator/ freezer, dry storage, and cleaning
logs.
 Created in-services for staff on various food safety, sanitation, and nutrition related
educational topics.
 Conducted kitchen audits: thoroughly inspected the kitchen daily and monthly and
implemented systems for correcting practices of non-compliance with regulations.
 Participated new employee in interviews, employee evaluations, professional
