Affidavit of Change Color

_________________________________, after having duly sworn to an oath as required by
law, hereby depose and say:

1] That I am a freelance painter by occupation;

2] That I personally know the person of _______________, owner of the following motor
vehicle, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

to BLACK, hence I repainted said motor vehicle to color BLACK;

5] That said change of color is not intended for any illegal or unlawful purpose but solely
for the foregoing reason;

6] That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the above facts and for such other legal
purposes it may serve best.
