1. Login as an architect using your email id and password.

2. Select ULB Name under which you have registered and submit.
3. Click on TP Client Project under TP Client

4. Click on New Project


5. Fill the Project Details.

i) Name of Service: Moderate risk Building Permission.


ii) Project Name: Project Moderate Risk
iii) Regularization: Select Authorized option.
Note: Unauthorized sub-division is not allowed.

iv) Fill all the other details


v) Type of Development: Select appropriate option

vi) Type Of Proposal : Select appropriate option.

vii) Fill the Proposal Details


(1) Location
(2) Type of Plot
(3) Select NOC Type
(a) Fill all the details: NOC No., NOC Date, NOC Document.

viii) Your Information is saved successfully

6. PLOT DETAILS
 Select Uses
 Select Zone
 Plot area should not be less than 150 and more than 300
 Select area as per given options.

 Select area name from the option given.


 Enter the CTS Number given in the selection as per area name.

 Enter the owner details. (If plot consist of more than one
owner write the details.)
 Save and Submit and click on next.
 All the entered details are displayed below you can view the
details.
7. Building Types
 Fill all the building details.
 Choose the option as per your choice in Sub-category of
Occupancy or Use Group
8. Typical Floor Mapping
i. Select Building
ii. Click on Map to List to view the building structure.
iii. Click on Final Submit and information is saved successfully.
9. Your Project is saved in the database, your Project Code gets generated.

10. Login with same Technical Person TP Client Offline Software


 Search for your Project Code which is registered on mahavastu website.

 Your Project details gets displayed.


 Select ZW CAD under CAD Exe Selection
 Click on Yes.

 Auto CAD application gets loaded.


 Application is successfully Loaded.

 Under TP Client  Select Generate TP Validation Report and Place Paper.


 Your drawing file gets loaded.

 Select Final Submit  under TP Client.


11. Click on Building Permission under Online Services
 Select your project and fill the further appendix details.
 Click on save draft.s
 Your application is saved and application number is generated.

 Print the application and click on next.


 For completing Owner eKYC , Click on Additional Owner/eKYC.

 The eKYC Status is Pending.

 Click on Update.
 Check your Aadhar card number if it is incorrect enter it again, and click on submit.

 Click on eKYC, click on submit.


 Verify your OTP and click on submit.

 Owner’s eKYC is successful, now you can print the application form.
 Your eKYC Status changes from pending to Done.
 Click on close and click on next.

 Step 2 form occurs. Fill all the details.


 Click on save draft.
 Form is saved successfully.

 Click on Print option to print the form and then click on Final Submit.
 Your form is successfully submitted.
 Click on Transaction -> Risk Base Building Permission

 Select Proposal Type


 Select Process Type
 Select Application Form
 All the owner details being saved, owner need to upload the documents.

 Check the box of terms and conditions


 Click on submit.
 Proposal is submitted successfully.
 After final submission all your details which includes
 Proposal Detail for building permission
 Project Details
 Project Area Details
 Applicant Details
 Building and floor details
 Document Details
 Drawing and report details
 You can view your Project Report and Project Drawing

 Project Report
 Project Drawing

 You can click on update if any information given by you is incorrect


 The application again goes to TP Client Project under TP Client tab again all the steps need to be
performed from starting.

 Check the declaration box.


 Print the details.
 Click on submit.
 Verify Proposal Details, Click on Yes

 Proposal submitted successfully.

12. Login
 Select Risk Base Building Approval under Transaction tab
 Select Moderate Risk Based Project.
 Select Module: Building Permission
 Select Scrutiny and Drawing verify. Click on View.

 View the Project Report and Verify: Yes


 View the drawing report and Verify: Yes.

 Click on submit and verification is done successfully.


 Verify Document
a) Click on View under Verify Document.

b) Verify document and Click on Submit.


c) Document verified successfully.

 Click on Schedule Site Visit under Site Visit Report.


 Select the Site Visit Date and Select the time and click on submit.

 Meeting Date is Fixed.


 Click on submit report under Site Visit Report.

 Fill all the details and click on submit.


 After submitting download, the pdf.

 Click on Verification under Payment Status.


 If any manual charges there add it.
 Click on Action under Proposal Status.
 Check all the details.

 Select status
i) Final Approval
Click on submit after selecting final approval option.

 After approval go to step no 14.


ii) Final Rejection
 Proposal Staus :Rejected

 After proposal being rejected ,the Certificate Status: Issue


 Apply DSC
 We can see Refusal No and signature on the receipt.
13. Select Payment Status Entry under  Transaction.
 Select Service: Moderate Risk Building Permission

 Select Module: Building Permission

 Payment Type: Post Approval


 Check Your Proposal No and Click on Pay.

Moderate Risk Based Building

 Make Payment using Pay online or make RTGS/NEFT/IMPS

 Select Payment Gateway and Make Payment


 Fill all the details and click on Pay Now.
 Reference Number gets generated
 Click on Complete Transaction

 Payment successful for post approval for building permission.


 Payment Receipt gets generated.

14. If proposal approved, the technical person needs to sign the digital certificate. Select Apply
Digital Signature under Transaction tab

 Select Service: Moderate Risk Based permission.


 Search for your proposal code and click on it.
 Apply Applicant and Digital signature.
 Select Owner first in signature type.

 Owner’s name and Aadhaar number will be seen.


 Click on verify.

 OTP gets generated and sent on your registered mobile number.


 Enter your OTP received on your mobile number and Aadhar number gets verified .

 Select Architect
 Apply Digital Signature.
 Digital Signature verified you can view the pdf report generated.
 Verified by Owner and architect signature is printed on the report.

15. Now in this step the authority applies DSC on the certificate.
 Go to Transaction select risk-based building approval.
 Select Moderate Risk based building permission.

 Under Certificate Status  Issue.


 Click on Apply Digital Signature. Digital Signature applied successfully.

 Under Sign on Plan column  click on Digital Sign.


 Apply digital signature . Now signature applied successfully it is seen at the top right corner .

16. Go to Report section click on Certificate Print to print the certificate.


17. To download plan , go to report click on download plan.
 Select Services and your application no. Click on Download under Plan Drawing column.

 You can now take the print of the document.
