前进高速、2档和3档离合器内有主动片7片、从动片 摩擦片安装时先装从动片,再装主动片间隔装
7片 入.
Reverse, 1st and forward low clutch have 11 drive Discs are installed from driven first, then
discs,11 driven discs respectively. driving disc, alternatively.
Forward high, 2nd and 3rd clutch have 7drive
discs, 7 driven discs respectively.

The flow control valve has two


functions:
1.limits oil to flow to transmission
2.directs unnecessary oil to torque
converter curcuit.

Installing and adjusting preocedure:
• 旋转制动毂,使制动毂两个调节口中任一个对准制动器的调

前进一档 Forward 1st


1.当前进低速离合器和一档离合器结合时,来自
发动机的动力驱动变矩器泵轮转动,泵轮驱动循
环圆内的液体经过导轮,驱动涡轮转动,涡轮将
动力通过输入轴传入变速箱。
When the forward low clutch combines with
the 1st clutch, the power from the engine drives
impeller to rotate, which moves the oil in the
circle to drive the turbine through impeller.
Finally, turbine transfers the powder to
transmission through input shaft.
