3. Accreditation - Preliminary Inquiry
The Preliminary Team Inquiry will be carried out upon arrival of each delegation on Sunday,
09.07.2023 in the Teams’ Hotel. Before the start of the Preliminary Inquiry each Team Manager must
duly complete and close the 05bis form in the CEV database.
The Team Manager must have its Federation’s credentials for the CEV online database in order to
“sign” the forms

Each Team Manager is required to present on this occasion all players of the team and submit the
documents and items listed below for the purpose of cross-checking and approval to the CEV
Officials:

• Final team/player participation

• Players’ passports/ID cards
• One sample of each color (3) of the Captain’s team uniform as well as the libero’s uniform(s)
• Advertising on Team Uniforms Certificate
• Heath Certificates (M-3 Forms)
• Anti-Doping Diplomas
• Team Medical Doctor/Team Physiotherapist accreditations
• FIVB – Prevention of the Competition Manipulation Course Certificates (those that are valid
till 31st December 2023)
• Financial matters (e.g. Contribution Fee 70.- EUR per person per day)
• Accreditation cards (taken on the Preliminary Inquiry from the organizer)

8. Meals

Meals will be arranged in compliance with CEV Instructions: i.e. 3 meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner).
During the match days, the teams will be provided with a snack before or after the match. Meals are
scheduled according to the match and training schedule of the teams. During the matches and
training sessions, the organizers will provide bottled water without gas.

We ask the Team Managers to schedule meals in communication with Team Guides according to the
schedule of training and matches.

8. Laundry

The organizers are bound to provide and bear the costs for laundry of the sport uniforms (1 set of
playing uniform, short and socks / player) of the teams after each match. Laundry for all other
equipment or personal clothes is possible in the hotel, but the costs must be borne by the team.

We ask the Team Managers to collect sport uniforms after game and give to Team Guide, which will
hand them over for washing.

9. Mixed Zone and Press Conference

All players departing the competition area must exit through the mixed zone, allowing brief
interactions with the press.
After the matches no press conference will be organized!
