Sub: Inspection of Train no. 14205 on dated 28.06.2022 at LKO station by Sr. CDO/DME/NR/LKO. Ref: Special inspection Drive from 24.06.2022 to 30.06.2022 as per DRM office L. No. 51-M/Special Drive/2022 dt. 23.06.2022. Inspection of train no 14205 load 20=40 arrived platform no. 06 at 20:25 hrs. Follo\ were noticed during to inspection ig observations 1. Watering filling in all coaches were attended at LKO immediate after reaching the train at platform and water was found available with sufficient pressure in coaches which were checked randomly. 2, 04 OBHS staff (1+3) of M/s Vibgyor Info Pvt. Ltd. were present in the train and performing their duty. All the necessary tools and chemicals were avaitable with them. 3.03 coach attended were present for distributions of Linen in AC coaches. Linen was checked, cleaning was found satisfactory and kept in hygiene condition. 4. General cleanliness of coaches was found satisfactory but require more attention. Squatting pan of some coaches require buffing. 5: Liquid soap is not filled in Lav. No. 03 of A1 coach and MGS end door way dustbin cover was missing. 6. Cooling of all AC coaches was ambient to soothing, 7. Condition of Curtains of AC coaches were not up to the mark, of uneven size, not properly hanged and very dull and old in appearance which should be replaced on priority basis. Following deficiencies were found on checking the AC coaches. a. In coach no. 212459 LWACCN- 01 looking glass deficient, both side corridor door rubber seal missing. In coach no. 195967 LWACCW- Both side corridor door rubber seal missing, 01 dustbin cover missing. ¢. Incoach no. 212413 LWFAC- Door lock of cabin no. F & H were missing. d.
