    Project Ideas Proposal:

    1. Include Proposal Cover with UTM Logo and Leader’s and Member’s name
    2. Proposal Introduction - Identify the company/business you want to choose for your
    project/system development. You may insert the company biography as well.
    3. Attached together your SWOT analysis
    4. Attached together your TOES analysis
    5. Attached together your IPO table for the system
    6. Attached together your group Meeting Pictures, GANTT CHART and WBS
    7. Attached together your Interview or/and Questionnaires Survey
    8. Attached together your Interview or/and Questionnaires Survey Results
    9. What type of information system category will your group developed? (TPS, DSS,
    KMS or etc) ? Explain your reason.
    10. Will your project/ideas bring a contribution to the government? or society? or a
    company?

    • Combine all the documents above (from 1-10) in one (.docx or .pdf) and submit

    • Attached together your slides presentation (.pptx or .pdf) and submit in BB
