A lawsuit has been commenced against you in the above-entitled Court by the
Plaintiff. The Defendant is accused of fraud and cyber-crime of over £300,000.
(Three hundred seventy-four thousand, five hundred six dollars and twenty-two
cents) In order to defend against this lawsuit, you must respond to the Complaint by
filing an Answer stating your defense in writing and serving a copy to the Plaintiff
within 21 days after the service of this Summons, excluding the day of service. If you
are served outside the state, you will have 25 days after service of this Summons. A
default judgment may be entered against you without notice.

If you fail to respond, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief
demanded in the complaint. You also must file your answer or motion with the court.
